Where is my order?

When you ordered, you would have received an email containing your tracking information. To check where your order is, click on your tracking number. Your tracking information may have been sent to your junk or spam mail.

How do I maintain my jewellery?

• Avoid contact with corrosive substances such as wax, alkalis and bleach.
• Do not wear when bathing, exercising or sleeping.
• Keep stored safely and alone.
• Clean with a soft cloth.
• Avoid contact with water.

Can my bangle or ring break because it is malleable?

Our bangles and rings are easy to mould and adjust to fit your finger or wrist, but ensure to be gentle and not overly pull your jewellery to avoid breakage.

Can I swim with my jewellery?

It is highly advised to not swim with your jewellery on as it can deteriorate the gold plating.

What does '18k gold plated' mean?

You will notice that most of our pieces are 18k gold plated, which simply means that they are 925 sterling silver coated with a layer of 18k pure gold. No tarnishing. No green skin.

Is your jewellery nickel free?
